We invite you to purchase the non-explorer versions in bulk and experience our automatic discounts, however as someone that has purchased before, this offer is not currently available to you.

CAN I USE MY COUPON CODE WITH THIS OFFER?

No, unfortunately this offer is not eligible for use with any coupon codes, gift cards, or any other discounts.

WHICH PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THIS OFFER?

Currently this offer is open to a single pair of either Trunks or Boxer Briefs, with or without a fly.

It only applies to products with the name "EXPLORER" in the title.

REQUIREMENTS

PURCHASE IS REQUIRED

You must purchase a pair of underwear marked as "EXPLORER" to be eligible.

We have a lot of automation set up behind the scenes and we've set it up to ONLY work on products marked as EXPLORER.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO SUBMIT MY REVIEW?

60 Days from the time of purchase, we have a series of emails that will go out to you approximately 10 days after your delivery to remind you to submit your review complete with instructions.

HOW LONG DOES MY VIDEO REVIEW NEED TO BE IN ORDER TO QUALIFY?

This is a tough one, we want you to be completely honest and provide us with relevant feedback.

That said, you'll be tasked with 3 responses that have specific questions per prompt, the maximum time we want you to respond is 30 seconds to be thorough, but realize it's only 90 seconds of your life for arguably the best underwear you ever wore.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY VIDEO?

You follow the steps listed and proceed to your rebate process, all rebates are processed to the best of our ability in 72 hours during business hours.

CAN I DO THIS MORE THAN ONCE OR ON MORE THAN ONE PRODUCT?

No, unfortunately we have to be strict about this, we can only allow you to provide a single entry for a rebate.

The system has been setup to cancel any orders trying to get around this provision.

Attempting to game this system will result in a permanent ban from our store.

DO I HAVE TO BE IN THE VIDEO REVIEW?

Yes, we would love for you to be in the video personally, there's two reasons for this, it makes it more authentic and it's more helpful for other visitors to see you.

It helps us prevent any fraudulent attempts and multiple submissions too.

You don't need to show your face if you are not comfortable, but the sound and image needs to be clear.

Your submitted video will be used in accordance with our terms of service.

This includes marketing materials, on site materials, social media materials.

If you're looking to work with us, this process is great for showing us what you can do! Rather than reach out directly, we do use this process to identify and find individuals that would be a good fit to represent our brand more broadly.

This is a great way for us to test-run your content to our audience, and determine if engaging in a more formal relationship makes sense.

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE THE PRODUCT?

You'll be in the minority, but that's perfectly fine too, we're not here to tell you to leave glowing reviews about our product, that's not the point of this.

We instead insist that you are completely honest with us and provide your raw unfiltered opinion good or bad.

Honest feedback helps us make better products and better products allow us to touch more people.
