HOW DO THEY WORK?

Just add items to your cart.

No special action is needed.

Variety is the spice of life and we offer many different kinds of underwear for sale, over the years people have been asking for discounts on our packs to combine different underwear.

Rather than creating a bunch of separate packs, we've created a back end that triggers discounts for you automatically in your cart as you add more items.

Discounts start at just 3 pairs.

All discounts are visible in your cart prior to checkout.

WHAT ARE THE EXCEPTIONS

Currently we do not have discounts available for our intro pairs.

By default the system can only apply one discount code at a time and will default to the largest code.

The system does not allow for stacking codes.

WHY AUTOMATIC DISCOUNTS?

We have had a lot of requests over the years for custom packs and as we've added more and more products to our collection it further complicated the unique combinations that people have been requesting.

After some evaluation we were able to find a solution that would allow us to automatically apply discounts across all our products based on multiple purchases.

It also allows us to keep sizes in stock when only one variant is out of stock on packs which should make product availability better.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU DO SALES?

We usually do one sale per year around the holidays, but we cap that amount to 25% off or 5% more than you would receive via signing up for our newsletter and unlocking a 20% off coupon code you can use up to 2 times.

Outside of that one sale a year, we will on occasion lower the price of goods to clear inventory.

Our aim is to be competitively priced and with the addition of automatic discounts replace the need to offer any sales.

I CAN'T FIND MY COUPON CODE

We offer a coupon code to people that sign up for our newsletter via our popup.

If you signed up via our popup:

- Check your inbox for hello@krakatoaunderwear.com with the subject line "Welcome to the best email welcome series of your life"

- If the coupon code isn't working, be sure to cut and paste it from the email directly and ensure there are no additional spaces

MY COUPON CODE DOESN'T WORK

We're yet to see a coupon code that if cut and pasted from an email that does not work.

Avoid extra spaces, keep in mind capitalization, and pay attention for the difference between zeros and the letter o.

"0" is a zero

"O" is an O

Unless you're in mono as a font it can be hard to tell the difference.

I HAVE A REALLY LARGE ORDER CAN I GET A DISCOUNT?

For orders that exceed $1000 please get in touch with our team and we'll work with you to see what we can do.

For every order less than $1000, enjoy our automatic discounts.
