Step 2: Lay them flat on a hard surface

Step 3: Measure the waistband

The waistband is the most important part of your sizing, the rest of the garment has stretch and give in it, but we want to make sure we nail the waistband properly.

  • Be sure the waistband is pushed flat when measuring and that there is no curve at the top.

  • Measure from end to end, then double it, to know the waistband's circumference.

Step 4: Find the Closest Measurement to "No Stretch"

Size guide, instructing users to find a pair of underwear they love and measure the waistband, double it, then find the size closest to the no stretch displayed, XS is 26in, S is 28in, M is 30in, L is 32in, XL is 36in, and XXL is 38in.
