Fantastic underwear!
If your underwear doesn’t say Krakatoa, it’s not real underwear! This is my first foray into the Haleakala line, and I bought the 5,” which is definitely my favorite length. The pouch is thicker than the Vesuvius, as it contains a liner. These are great everyday underwear, and they really shine if you are active. The support is great during workouts, and the moisture wicking is definitely an added plus. It also helps that no matter what model of Krakatoa I am wearing, my wife loves the presentation factor. Throw out your old underwear and transition to Krakatoa. Your boys will thank you!!

Superb Underwear
I think I have reviewed underwear on here before, but can't remember which line! I have tried all of them and I love all of them. Probably my favorites are the Vesuvius and Haleakala. 4" pockets are very comfortable for me. Love the fly on the Vesuvius too. I have ordered 3 times and am now accumulating a nice supply. Awesome build and comfort.

First Time For Everything
With the boxers that I've had, they started causing all these problems. Then I decided to go look for upgrades.
That was around the time I came to see these. And when I got this and tried it on, straight from the package, I very much, thought they were comfortable. Like a second skin. They don't ride up. And the pouch was, to me the most comfortable thing about it. I definitely hope to buy another soon.

House of the Sun meets my house of family jewels
My first 4 pairs of Krakatoa stretch back well over a year. I've tried several brands using bamboo, modal, hemp (mix) and organic cotton so I didn't want to jump the gun until after the year had elapsed to compare and contrast them to the other brands of 'jewel box holders'. With the exception of a small degree of stretching, these bad boys continue to shame my other brands of highly priced natural fibers. They have become 'my boys' favorite garment especially in this relentless heat. I ordered the Haleakala (House of the Sun) recently and they are simply outstanding. I know what you're saying, "$30 for a friggin pair of underwear?"
Look up modal fabric and producing it can't be cheap. I also love the positive adjectives that are printed inside the waist band.
I consider Krakatoa's products as an investment in my comfort and worth every penny.

I live in Florida. Needless to say, with the heat and humidity here, your underwear choice can add significantly to the discomfort! I've tried just about all of the pricey brands. Didn't have a ton of hope for these at first so I purchased just one pair. But, wow! Was really impressed. The material is as soft and moisture wicking as you can possibly hope for. Great Support - Especially if you have a hydrocele
My left testicle has a substantial hydrocele. I have avoided surgery, given there is no real issue other than support. My urologist turned me on to underwear with "pockets" (I had no idea these existed), and I tried several, what I will now call novelty brands (Shinesty, SAXX, Sepratech), after trying Krakatoa, none of them hold up. Those novelty brands feel great out of the package but quickly lose their support after a few weeks of wear and washing. Not the case with Krakatoa. My giant left nut remains consistently supported after 3 months of wear and washing. I have tried multiple Karatoa "flavors," and they are all great for support and comfort, but moving forward I think I will stick with the Haleakala's. They offer the best support, and the pocket has a nice lining that helps keep the boys dry. I will say they also stand behind their brand and guarantee. I had one pair rip out at the crotch seam after 2 months, and I sent a quick email with a picture, and they quickly shipped me a replacement pair. Yes, they are pricey, but for the quality and support they provide, they are well worth the cost. So much so for my next set I am going to have my doctor write me a medically necessary note so I can try to get reimbursed from my medical flexable spending account!

Well, I made a small mistake in what I expected. I thought that this boxer brief would help me against chafing. But, it ended up being a great product. I ended up buying some 9" boxer briefs I will use to workout in from a different company. My legs are getting bigger just from work alone and I was looking for relief. I will keep these boxer briefs for dress up attire. They feel amazing!!
