RETURNS
If you change your mind just after a purchase, please get in touch as soon as possible and we'll try to stop the shipment.
If you would like to exchange for another color, style or size, please fill out the form on the top of this page or go Click Here and we will help you process a return.
All items returned must be in their original unused condition, unopened and unworn. No exceptions.
All Returns have a 60 day window from delivery.

EXCHANGES
We are unable to provide exchanges at this time due to the nature of our products, we will process returns and refunds though.
For all unworn products that you are looking to exchange, please return them via the form above and reorder, we will process your refund once we receive and verify the product has not been worn.
REFUNDS
If you have issues with your Krakatoa Underwear, please contact us and we will work with you the best we can to ensure you're happy.
If you still are not satisfied, please contact us within 60 days of your purchase to arrange a return. Please note, buyer shall be responsible for all associated shipping costs for all refunds. As soon as the unwanted product arrives at our offices, we will issue your refund immediately.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?
If you are not satisfied with your Krakatoa, just return the pair to us and your refund will be issued when we receive the return.
